Terms of Service

Services

DBNet Development & Design provides custom web design, development, and related digital services. The scope of work for each project is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to the start of work.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at agreed milestones. Overdue invoices may result in work being paused.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner, providing feedback within agreed timeframes, and ensuring all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the final deliverables. DBNet Development & Design retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

DBNet Development & Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
