Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes — we offer three support plans to fit different needs and budgets: Full Care (unlimited monthly support), Essential Care (up to 2 hours per month), and On-Demand (hourly, no monthly commitment). Pricing is discussed during your consultation. See the full details →
Most sites are delivered in 4–8 weeks from project kickoff, depending on complexity and how quickly feedback is provided. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before we begin.
Do you work with clients outside Montana?
Absolutely. We’re based in Butte, MT but work with clients nationwide. Everything is handled remotely via video calls, email, and shared documents.
Will I be able to update my site myself?
Yes. We build custom administration backends into our websites that allow you to manage your photo gallery, calendars, pricing, and whatever else may need to change from time to time — all through a designed interface that’s easy to use. We do not provide direct access to the underlying code files outside of that interface, which keeps your site secure and consistent.
What if I already have a site I want redesigned?
We’re happy to discuss a redesign, but we do have one important requirement: we only take on sites that will be moved to our managed hosting environment, or that the client agrees will not be directly edited outside of the custom administration interface we build. We don’t modify or maintain sites built on drag-and-drop platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or GoDaddy Website Builder — our process is built around clean, custom-coded sites that we can stand behind fully. That said, if you currently have a site built on one of those platforms, we’d love to take what you have and rebuild it the right way — clean code, a proper admin interface, and a site that actually belongs to you.
